Keys to Geometry and SAT

Would the Keys to Geometry help in studying for the SAT??? I have never seen the Keys series and wasn't sure if the geometry was the same as what is on the SAT. I didn't want to go with the SAT prep books for math, was hoping to find something a little more user friendly.
