When you click on the scales a box will pop up for you to select which kind of reputation to leave and a space for a comment.

I'm still all verklempt from the "yawning" negative I got when I expressed my opinion on the government's tax rebate plan. All those years of Economics studies gone to waste!:p I keep hoping SWB & her crew will rise above the rep points and toss the whole shebang, but gosh-n-golly, until they do...well, I can't say no to an offer like this, can I?;)
