I'm going to be using RS4K Physics as well but I want something to stretch it out with lots of experiments.
Anybody have favorites?
Thanks

I really like the Science in a Nutshell kits for this subject area.

I just bought the Physics Clusters as our Science curriculum for next year. They look fun and even come with a Teacher's Guide. I really look forward to using them.

We are currently using Noeo for fourth grade Physics. http://www.noeoscience.com/
We are secular in our homeschooling - the company is religious, but it is not seen in the curriculum.
The physics program (and chemistry, too) are not really heavy in experiments - so we supplemented with Janice VanCleave books which have great, simple experiments with items you don't usually have to go out and purchase.
Noeo is expensive if you purchase the complete program - but we buy the instructors guide (they have great sheets for narratives and experiment write ups included) - see what books we can get from the library (which is usally quite a few) - see if the remainder might be cheaper at amazon (not usually - surprising!) - and skip the Young Scientist club using Janice Van Cleave in it's place.
Another note about Noeo is that they are working on a three year cycle. Earth science and Astronomy is split between Chem and Physics. We did R.E.A.L science for 2nd grade - so when we got to the earth science/astronomy portions in Noeo, we didn't buy the books and skipped those sections.
We are planning to use Bio II next year for 5th grade...but I am not sure if we are going to move to the three year science cycle or make up our own curriculum for 6th grade science and then join Noeo again for Chem and Physics II...
Hope that helps!!

As far as I know, that's the only place to get them now. RRC stopped handling them. I'm betting they couldn't get a bulk discount any more....
