"Spreading" it around...

Will someone tell me how much you have to "spread" rep around? There are some folks I'd really like to hit again but I keep getting told I have to spread it around first.

It always frustrated me trying to figure out when I could rep someone, so I started jotting it down. I find it much easier to make a simple note of it than to always be confused about it. :D

Thanks for answering me on the other thread. I wrote a reply but when I hit submit, the thread was closed.:lol:

I didn't realize I could only rep 6 people in 24 hours. That explains why I always feel like I'm out too early.:)
