Chalkdust--how quickly do they ship?

I too made a last minute order for SAT Chalkdust Math this week. I placed the order on Thursday and paid for 2-day air -- shipping went from $10 to $34 but I needed it by a specific date. Also, how many days the shipping takes will depend on where you live.
