Last year, it was always a fight with my DS as to what constituted a workday. Am I done, now? How many pages more? What's next? Can I go now?

Argh!

So this year, I am trying Sonlight, with the schedule. I now have the following :

Sonlight
Core 6 as his English Second Language (all that reading should do it!), History and Geography classes.
CNED
will be used for French as a first language.
Apologia
General Science - with the Sonlight schedule - for Science.
I still have to find something in French to counteract the Young Earth view to which we do not adhere.
Latin for Children B
Either Lial or Dolciani for Algebra (I now have both)
Local Math book grade 7 to follow the local curriculum, in French.
Electronics with Mr. Philips. QuickStudyLabs.com Levels 4 to 7

Am I missing something?

Cleo, when we did Sonlight 6 science, I just skipped the OE stuff and worked through the book Darwin and Evolution for Kids and the very lovely but hard to find What Mr. Darwin Saw on His Voyage Round the World In His Ship Beagle (http://www.tomfolio.com/bookdetailsmem.asp?book=H-BLA-2515&mem=1103) for evolution studies.

We used Darwin and Evolution for Kids this past year and loved it. The projects were fun and insightful.
