Has anyone done a lapbook to cover the 5 senses? I would like to do one with DD6 to cover this gr.1 science topic. I would REALLY like to have this done before baby comes... in the next two weeks! ha ha ha. :D

If you've done one, can you send me a link to what it turned out like? Or... any FREE resources to help me along with this? I have a vague idea of what I'd like to do, but I have to admit, this is my first lapbook. Thank you!

Here is a free one: 5 senses lapbook (http://www.homeschoolhelperonline.com/lapbooks/five_senses.htm) Here is a link to a homeschooler that used this lapbook: Just Call Me Jamin (http://www.homeschoolblogger.com/jaminacema/408615/). There are great visuals here. :)

If you want one that is a little more in-depth, here's one from HOAC: 5 Senses (http://www.handsofachild.com/shop/The-Five-Senses-Ebook-P426.aspx). There are some samples of the lapbook at their site. I love those visuals. :D

We almost bought it during their sale, but decided the HUman Body lapbook was enough. You could also do your own, but that would take some planning and creativity (something I'm all out of right now!). You could possibly finish it in 2 wks if you did some each day!
