What are the seven liberal arts?

I was reading some in Designing Your Own Classical Curriculum last night and came across a statement about the "seven liberal arts", but I couldn't find where it said what they were.

Trivium: grammar (which includes literary studies), logic, rhetoric
Quadrivium: arithmetic, geometry, astronomy, music
