I got my first Crocs this year when the Mary Jane style came out. I have really loved them for comfort and versatility. However, the straps of one shoe are now popping off repeatedly during the day. I've only had them a couple months, and for the price, would have expected longer wear.
Has anyone had success replacing a strap? Where do you go to get one?

They will send replacement straps out for free. The even sent me free replacement straps when I told them that my puppy ate all our straps. They shipped them free and they were at my house the next day!!
Our toll-free number: 1-866-306-3179.
If you live in Canada: 1-866-952-7627.

We went back to the store where we bought them and they had them in the store! I love my Crocs!

If it's just the black button things that are popping out (causing the strap to pop off), then you can go to their website and request replacement ones. They sent me a little bag with a whole bunch of them. If indeed the strap itself is broken, I'm sure they'll replace that as well. HTH,
