How do I do an advanced search for 'great books'? When I put the phrase in quotes, it still searches for 'great' and 'books'.

Are you using " or ' when you put it in quotes?

I hate the search features on these boards (others of this kind too). I just go to Google and do an advanced search, putting in welltrainedmind.com in the space where it says "Search within a site or domain." Get much better and faster results that way.
Here is what you get when you do it there.
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&newwindow=1&as_q=&as_epq=great+books&as_oq=&as_eq=&num=10&lr=&as_filetype=&ft=i&as_sitesearch=welltrainedmind.com&as_qdr=all&as_rights=&as_occt=any&cr=&as_nlo=&as_nhi=&safe=active
You get articles from the rest of the site as well, but you can tell by looking which ones are from the forums.
