I downloaded the free book collector trial and we liked it very much so we decided to buy a license for both book collector and music collector.
When we received the license keys both of them say "This license key is expired please upgrade" and it wants me to buy an upgrade.
Has this happened to anyone else? I'm mighty upset that I just paid almost $80 for these 2 licenses and it's now wanting me to spend another $50 for upgrades because they sent out license keys for old versions. The programs I have are the newest versions, they are the ones that sent out old license codes. I have emailed he company, but wanted to see if anyone else had this problem.
