Sensory Evaluation came today

I just wanted to thank the powers that bee and anyone who suggested that I read The Out of Sync Child. My son will be starting OT soon, and I am really excited about the potential for improvement!

Because it pushed me to pursue an answer to my son's sensory troubles, I consider these boards an invaluable resource.

I'm glad that your DS will be starting OT. My son began OT with a private therapist at the beginning of the year -- he is a sensory seeker and absolutely LOVES the sensory room. Best wishes to you!

Glad to hear it just stick it out because it seems to always get worse before it gets better.;)

We also got an evaluation at the suggestion of people here, and our dd is making incredible progress with her OT. There is hope for our "out of sync" kids, I promise!
