Mommy Brag: My DDs have been asked

to try out for the National Team for gymnastics. The team is 21 girls nationwide who are up and coming in the sport. I'm shocked! They're almost 9y/o and it's quite an honor. They've only switched to trampoline and tumbling this year (February?) and are still learning the skills.
They love what they're doing. The only complaint is why they "only" get to go to gym four days a week.

Thanks, ladies! It will be a long process and doesn't even begin until November, but the girls are very excited. I'm so proud of how hard they work to achieve their goals!! (Now if they would put forth the same effort toward school :))

WOW! What an honor! You should be so proud...as should they! BUT, I do want to add....I hope you think long and hard about accepting. The pressure on those children is IMMENSE....and an awful lot of pressure to put on 9 year olds...just my opinion, of course. :001_smile:
