Been looking for over 2 weeks-turns out its not under the couch or in the basement- I mailed it to amazon with a returned item!

I did call them after receiving their email but they can't send it back, and are sorry.

Well, at least you know where yours is. :-P Mine is still missing and I had to break down and purchase another! The only consolation for me is my lost copy is the old edition. With the purchase of the new/latest edition, I get the quizzes.

I mean, if you could pay for the shipping even, it would be cheaper than a new manual, right? That seems really, really stupid to me (on their part).

Exactly. They said since they don't carry it they would have thrown mine away. And since they don't sell it-they won't send me a new one.
