We went grocery shopping yesterday so the house is full of ingredients to support the 11-12 recipes that I've earmarked to try this month from the Country Italian (Famous Brand Name) Cookbook that I mentioned. This recipe caught my eye and it turned out fabulous. Everyone loved it and I finally felt like I hit the culinary jackpot with my whole family!

The recipe for Chicaboli is online so I thought I would share it

Tonight we're having Turkey Stuffed Pasta Italiano
http://www.mealsmatter.org/recipes-meals/recipe/7208
and Orzo and Summer Squash Salad

How wonderful that the recipes are online!!! I hope to bake some bread before the end of the coming weekend, we'll see how that goes with the fabulous recipes everyone provided, thank you!!!

Ooo, I just saw Rachel Ray do something very similar yesterday on her program--rolled up the breast with almost the same ingredients as your Chicaboli. She made a pineapple barbeque sauce for it and served it with brown rice instead of pasta--

Must be a sign--gotta try them both, now! lol

Don't ya just love it when your gang ooohs and ahhhs over what you cooked for them!!! I got the same result tonight for Bacon-wrapped scallops with marinade. I, too, love finding recipes on the internet. Food Network and Robbie's copycat Recipes have made me a star in my home. Oh, and I just made Paula Deen's Cheeseburger meatloaf and I almost got a standing ovation!!!
I'll check out your recipes and try them on my crew. :)
