Give me 82 degree winter day over the cold ANY day. I'll put up with the broiling heat of summer gladly in exchange. :D

I dropped youngest dd off at school and lots of the kids were wearing shorts, LOL Not mine, I had her in pants, but it was warm and sticky here this morning, definitely short sleeve weather.

I know! Crazy isn't it? I don't mind the warm weather, but the back and forth between the cold and hot weather has really irritated my sinuses. I could also do without the humidity. It is really, really sticky here. I ran the air conditioner yesterday just to make the house a little more comfortable to sit in.

Shut. Up. (In the Stacy London way.) http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y63/posiepie/FingersInEars.gif I can't hear you. I can't hear you. (This denial thing is really starting to work for me I think....)

Or not. http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y63/posiepie/pout.gif

Enjoy your wonderful, beautiful weather... try not to think about us poor little human icicles up North too much. http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y63/posiepie/28_3_5.gif

80's here in SW Louisiana as well. It's so humid my garage floor is sweating.

I can't imagine how people living in Minnesota or N. Wisconsin do it. I live in N. Illinois and I am so tired of winter. We just had 14 inches of snow here Friday night and another 4 inches last night. Today it is cold (34) and rainy with thunderstorms. It's nice to have it a little warmer but we are supposed to have another snow storm Tuesday night. I'm sick of the slipper roads and worrying about getting places that we need to go.

We're going to get really hot, here!

Like....uh......19 whole degrees farenheit.

Sigh.

I've been there, done that and I prefer to have colder weather in winter, warmer in summer. Temps in the 80s are lovely, but not in February!

We're "only" looking at 79 in my neck of the woods (a few hours west of most of you).

I am loving it -- however, I would love it more if the window installers (who were here last week) had remembered to bring the new screens with them when they installed the new windows! I'm dying to open the windows, but I can't do it without any screens!

I'm *so* ready for spring!:D

Amen! :D

While I can't get out today, I certainly enjoyed the warm, spring like weekend. The gardening season has officially begun.

Colleen, 80 *is* cooler weather here....at least compared with summer temps.

Yes, it is! That's why I enjoy the mild winters so much. It's some of the most pleasant weather we'll have all year.

I talked (years ago) about getting a convertible. A friend said, "When would you be able to drive around with the top down??" That would be during winter. :)
