Good thoughts/prayers please...

Today, my new life starts. I am working 7:30 to 5/3 days per week, and Friday afternoons. Dh is home with the kids and will be doing school with them.

Hopefully, this will be just for one year but we'll see. Dh is in sales - construction - and if the economy goes, so will his income.

So those of you who can stay home, hug your babies and think of me when the going gets tough. I would much rather just be home. I still have all of my normal duties here plus 30 hours per week now so that dh can get some of his work done while I am gone as he is the major breadwinner. I just have to help keep us going in the lean times. It's going to be an adjustment, for sure.

I probably won't be back until the end of the week. I'll let you all know it goes and will miss being here.

one the way home, don't get attached to all the things you'll do the moment you get home or all the things you expect will be done while you were gone. It is easy to fall into disappointment the moment you get in the door and set the tone for the rest of the day. Good luck!!
