Hey--how do you get hypertext over an URL? (m)

When I choose "insert link" it just types in the address of the web page....some of you I've noticed have managed to put actual meaningful words into your links (especially when it comes to the links for you blogs).

How do you do it?

Type the meaningful text FIRST, highlight it and then hit the hypertext icon.
