almost a moldy smell. Has anyone had a similar experience? Of course, I can't find my booklet that came with the mill. :(

Nutrimill has a limited lifetime warranty. Contact Kitchen Resource (the distributor) at 1-801-261-3222/1-800-692-6724. They'll probably ask for you to ship it to them (securely packed), with a copy of the sales receipt and a note explaining the reason for the return.

The booklet says it contains no user serviceable parts.

Isn't there a little button on the bottom that you can click to jump start it again? I have the prototype of that mill and I had that happen once and I just had to click that little button. http://easyfreesmileys.com/smileys/free-confused-smileys-423.gif (http://www.welltrainedmind.com/forums/%5Burl=http://easyfreesmileys.com/%5D%5Bimg%5Dhttp://easyfreesmileys.com/smileys/free-confused-smileys-423.gif%5B/img%5D%5B/url%5D)

Nothing happened. When I took off the top of the machine, I saw the little red button and pressed it, but nada.
I'm panicking about not having my mill, but my ds reminded me that I do have the Vitamix attachment in the interim. :)
