Has Book Samaritan sent you books?

For those who have been fortunate enough to get assistance from this worthy organization, how long did it take you to get the books and did they send you anything to let you know you would be getting the books?

I am hoping for some assitance for my nearly 6 yr old and was wondering how long I should wait before trying to figure something else out....
