How does your particular program handle earth science and creation? I have only ever seen earth science (geology) from an evolutionary standpoint. I would prefer an old earth creation stand point.
I believe God created everything according to their kinds.... no evolution at all, but do not believe in 6 24 hour creative days. Does anyone else believe this, and do any programs teach it this way? If your program teaches differently I would still like to know how. Thanks!!
I know I am thinking way ahead, but don't we all do that sometimes? ;)

You could try CKE Earth and Space. I have not looked at it thoroughly yet, so I can't say if it is old Earth or new Earth or if it even gets into that.

Well, I have not researched programs (i'm just using the book and technique recs in WTM), so no answer about that here.
About beliefs...I do believe God created everything, but am not sure what I believe beyond that - yet. However, since you are thinking ahead (good for you!), I have a CD rec. for you. It's SWB's Science in the Classical Curriculum, available from PHP. She doesn't go into recommending specific programs. Rather, she talks about how to teach science. The part that caught my ear the most was when she was talking about how to compare how science books present information. She talked about how doing this with your (logic stage) student will help them to think through their beliefs, if you do it in light of your own family beliefs. I like this idea rather than shying away from evolutionary texts. Also, it has forced me to start thinking through my beliefs.

Here's a link to a free online geology curriculum from an old earth perspective. It's geared to homeschoolers, but it's at the high school level. Perhaps it will give you a place to start and you can adapt it for your needs. One word of warning -- it does seem a bit, um, hostile to young earth creationists! I don't know if you want THAT in your science course. Anyway, I hope this helps.
