Zucchini question...

Much to my surprise, I've planted a different type of zucchini. I've identified it as Ishtar zucchini and I've no idea what to do with it. I think it'll cook/bake the same as regular zukes, but I just don't know. Anyone have experience with this?

You can use it the same as any other type of zucchini, but the little ones like Ishtar are really good stuffed.
