Has anyone use Story Starters by Karen Andreola?

Our library has it so I'm going to check it out, just wondering if anyone has used and it what did you think?

I really like it. That's great that your library has it.

They have the story starters labeled by what they think the level of difficulty is.

I have tried it with dd7. She hasn't exactly continued with some of the stories the way I thought she would..... as in..maybe she didn't get the gist of the story in the first place. She often went off on these tangents to the story. But, she really enjoyed them.

Because of her age - I would let her dictate to me and I typed away as she told me the ending to the story. This worked out best because it didn't interrupt the flow of her story. Her part of the story would go on for a page or so typed!!
