for the 2nd edition. Has anyone used this? All I can tell from the website is that, aside from the answers to the workbook, it offers a fill-in the blank exercise for the chapter, chapter tests, a midterm, and a final. Is that it, for $35? (at Rainbow Resource) Are there any other reinforcement exercises for each chapter or anything else? We will be using Book 6.
