If you are willing to look. I made the entire template wider and I added a new wider header.

Do you think it looks fine? Should I make the sidebar a little wider? What do you think?

BTW, Dh liked the two colors on the Header but I'm not so sure. If I do our school title in white it is too light and if I do the description in black you cannot read it b/c of the bushes.

I like the picture and the colors. The spacing looks good to me. The colors of the name and description in the head do make it a little hard to read - I have a terrible time with this. I can't help with it at all. I will tell you that the colors won't give me a headache or make me run screaming from your blog. ;)

as for the wording at top.. I'm not an expert so I have no help there :)
But I do think it looks good :D

Thank you! I may fool with the header some more. The problem with a real photograph of the forest is that you have so many different shades of color to deal with.

The picture in your header is beautiful! Love the colors.

I do think that the wording in the header is a little difficult to read. Perhaps a different/bolder font?

I'm going to try all black.

Okay, I got it! I have just the school title on the header and it is dark gray (matches my template) instead of harsh black. I love it! Thanks everyone for your help!

I think it looks very neat and clean. Easy to read and good stuff to read!

BTW, where did you get that 'no child left inside' button? I signed up on the site, but I only saw other banners, not that one.

That is an older one I found in photobucket. You can right click and save the picture on my site and add the link or you can search for it in photobucket. Do you know how to alter the html code to make it linkable??

Quick run-down. Find the picture in photobucket or right click and save to your own photo shop. Photobucket will generate html code for you. Plunk it into your html page element (if you have blogger) and then alter it. You will see

<xa href="location of link"><img srce="location of picture"><x/a>

It won't have the blue x's but I'm trying to make it so you can see the code. Simply edit out the email address of the original location of link and replace with whatever you want it to be (probably green hour). Don't mess with at all the img srce http address. You'll probably see other code too like target="_blank" but don't worry about that stuff. Hope that makes sense. You can do this with any picture that you have html code for.

Gardenschooler, send me an email if you cannot figure it out. I'll walk you through it. ;-)

Thanks, Daisy, I emailed you.

update: I finally got the picture on there, but I don't know how to make the picture clickable.
