For those who have gone through this with you child...how exactly did you use it? I am scheduleing this workbook and can see us getting through about two sections (sec 3.2 - sec 3.3) in a sitting, together reading it aloud and talking about the sections....is that what you did? Also, there are ads in the book, I am guessing they are examples of what fallacy you are trying to learn in that chapter. They are not clear to me as I am reading through it (I am very logically challenged and do not think this way at all!) What did you do with these "ads" in the workbook....just look at them with your student and see if you can figure out what fallacy they are demonstrating?
I am willing to learn with my ds. I don't think I could hand this to him and expect his to learn it on his own...right? I have read past posts on this curriculum and don't seem to find these answers on using the book.
