Blogs-Help me get started!

I am interested in putting together a blog. I am new to it and need some direction. What's the best site to use and any tips on getting started? I visit a lot of others' blogs and I also have my own website so I don't think I will have much problem with the format. I'm thinking that by having a blog I can use it to help discipline me better on getting everything done that we need to.

Depends on what you want.
If you are willing to pay, Typepad is by far the best.
If you want to go for free, then Blogger is pretty user friendly, as is wordpress. There is a little more freedom to mess around with blogger than wordpress, but you really have to know more coding for it. Or be able to mess with it anyway ;)

I guess I'd like to start out with a free one to see how I like doing it. I'll go check out the two you mentioned.

it is free. Or you can pay for a premium to have more storage and the like. It is easy to use too.
