A friend's blogpost reminded me today to upload to lulu the blank, lined copybooks I'd made for my kids (and never ended up wanting to order). I made them using Getty-Dubay style lines. They're in 24 or 36 pt, have 100-200 pgs, can be ordered (for the cost of production) in hardcover or spiral bound, and include blank spaces on every two-page spread for sketching or whatnot.
