Free Online Video or Audio resources (not stories) - ??

Do you know of anything like this? Someone asked me this question and I was not sure how to answer since we don't use things like this very often:

"Are you aware of any websites which feature educational online audio or video? These could be recorded talks or visual demonstrations of a particular topic."

Anything you can help me with would be very appreciated. :)

We've had good luck finding things on youtube, but I wouldn't recommend letting the kids on there unsupervised.
