Are there better times than others to list items on ebay?

I am thinking about listing a few books on e-bay, but wondering if I need to wait to get the best price. Have you found that certain days or months are better than others to list?

Well, I always check to see if there are more auctions that have the same things I have. I think you get a better price if there isn't a saturation of like items. I think for school related books, now is the time to start, since conventions are scheduled and folks are looking for next year's materials.
