Setting up up a Paypal account

to buy something on the S&S board - anything I need to be wary about?

Will this generate SPAM and unwanted email on my computer (we have Norton Antivirus and all that jazz)?

Anything else I should know?

I have had PayPal for over five years and have never had a problem. I do sometimes get emails from people saying my acct . has been hacked but that is always someone trying to get me to give them my info. I love and trust PayPal completely.

I've been using Paypal for years, and have had no problems. I was very concerned at first because it was linked to my bank account. You can just link it to your credit card, if you would prefer.

That's not to say that you can't have problems, but I've been very happy using paypal. (I even pay for some of our homeschool teachers with it!)
