How do you organize your stuff ... meaning your children's papers, etc. Do you keep all the subjects together or do you have each subject in its own binder or what?

I'm doing Year 1 with 8 and 6-year-olds, and the only papers we keep are one notebook page/day and one copywork page/day. We have just one large-ish binder for each child to hold all. At the end of each year, we file all papers in one large envelope per child. I emphasize to them that these are the things we keep to show their work progress and they should hand over nothing that is not their very best work.

In addition, we have a spiral-bound sketch book that serves as their nature journal. We bought them at Miller Pads and Paper (http://www.millerpadsandpaper.com/). When they fill these, they are filed and a new one started.
