I called Brother this morning and spoke with Mr. Know-it-all, he told me that I had the thread backwards and that I was threading the bobbin wrong..that the book doesn't tell us how to correctly do this, but he knows that is the problem. So I re-threaded my bobbin and turned the thread to wear it faced the front and went counter-clockwise...It didn't fix the stitching problem!!!!
I decided to call the store that we got it from, just to say that I tried everything!
When the girl answered the phone I told her that I just had to call and speak with them that I pretty much new the answer already, but I had to ask. I told her the problem and told her that I called the company and she told me that it was pretty much out of their hands, that after a year, the customer is to go to the manufacture. I again told her that I did and did what they told me to do, which didn't fix the problem. She then said, do you have the receipt, which I didn't, but I had the box. She told me to put it back in the box and bring it back!!!:D:D:
I did that and put a little more money with a new machine..again a brother, they had a singer but I have heard the quality of them have went down.:confused:
I LOVE the one I got, it does some fancy computerized stitching, my dd is having a fit to use it!LOL
