Apologia Physical Sc - CD question

My ds did Apologia Physical Sc on his own, but my dd might need help from me. She is very visual, and I was wondering if ordering the accompanying CD with additional info on it might help. We have the set of books so it would be a minor expense. Anyone used this and what do you think of it? Thanks in advance ladies.

Bumping you up.

We had the CD for General Science, and it went basically unused. I haven't actually looked at the CD for Physical ~ I *don't* think it in anyway substitutes for the text.

(Seems like somebody could make some $$$ if they would make a DVD "teaching" the textbook material. I read the book with my ds, just to be sure he's getting it.)
