Even if you are not a horse person and feel like looking let me know if you "get" this ad. I want to add a pic of my dd riding her, but I can't find it.

The "Bunni" ad.

I understand the ad, as long as the online work the horse does has nothing to do with computers.

Aurgh! See, I don't think about things like that. I'll figure out how to re word it.

I think it's worded fine. I'm not a horse person, and just assumed it was obstacle work that would be obvious to someone who knew a lick about what they were reading. Although, if you could train a horse to do online computer work, I bet you could get some extra $.

I don't get the private treaty? part.

Wrong ad. That's Memphis. Bunni is the second ad.

Basically private treaty means I'm asking an obscene amount for that horse and I won't post it online.

It could also mean that for the right home/person/situation the price could be very flexible. I had one lady refuse to sell me a horse simply because I did not plan to show her.

Doh! Yeah, missed that part. Should read more carefully.:tongue_smilie:

so there are a few things I don't understand.

But, again not being a horse person, these parts sound like she is a wonderful horse:

willingness to please.
Potential as a youth barrel/poles/playday mount. Softens nicely. Desensitized to all sorts of scary objects- flags, balls, bikes. Pastured with cattle. She will walk up to you in the pasture, loves attention and people.

You are downsizing.

I wish I could buy them, they are beautiful. But you mentioned the other day it was 500.00 for hay. I cant even afford a landscaper to get rid of weeds in yard.

We really would like horses here, maybe I should make my own hay on some acreage I have. That might work.

I digress, great ad and I have seen plenty. I love it when you show the horses running.

I have no idea what "Sugar Bars bred top and bottom" means, although I suppose anyone likely to be interested in your quarter-horse does.

My problem with the ad is I don't feel the photos show the conformation of the horse very well. Before I traveled some distance to see the see the horse in the "flesh" I'd need to see photos that showed this filly to a better advantage. I'm not saying she isn't a very fine horse, just that I can't tell.

My 2 cents.
