Pay Pal Question

I've been looking at the sale/WTB forums and some list pay pal. We have pay pal from using ebay is that what it is. You can use that same account and just go to the pay pal site? I guess I'm asking you can you use your pay pal account for other sites and not just e-bay?

Yes, you can use Paypal at any site that accepts it, and also for private transactions like on these boards. To pay a person, you would go to the Paypal website, log in, and then there are functions to enter the person's e-mail address and enter in the payment amount. Likewise, you could receive payment for books and things by giving someone your paypal e-mail address, and they would enter it in and pay you.
