Ok, I got my dd's cheaper sewing machining working wonderfully..mine that was purchased Nov. 2006 is a piece of cr*p..I think the tension is broken. I tightened and loosened it all the way and it still does the same thing as when I have it in the middle! The bottom stitch it has loops and looks HORRIBLE! I guess the only thing I can do now is call Brother and see what they will tell me what I need to do! To bad I can't return it to the store..since I still have the box! GRRR...waste of money!!! I don't sew much(wish I had the time) and have only used this thing about 4 times to mend something!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad:
