Any idea why my laptop can't get on the internet when every other computer in the house can? It's only a month or so old?

Well, when mine won't work it's usually the button in the front that you turn on or off for internet access. Other than that, I have no idea. Sometimes it helps if I just shut my down and when it comes on again it seems to go online.
