This just came in the mail today.. This is the seventh edition.

I notice that in front of each section it says for extra help.

I have the student solutions manual. I don't know what InterAct math tutorial software is, what the AW math tutor center is. Specifically, has anyone used the digital video tutor CD, videotape. Where would this be purchased? If you know of DVD/CD resources for this book, would love to know what they are.. It looks like a lot of help is available, and that is GREAT news.

My oldest began Lial's Intro Algebra this past spring and is currently in the midst of Chapter 4. Aside from having the student solutions manual on hand, we've not had need of any extra resources. I wouldn't describe him as unusually gifted in the subject ~ and I'm having to completely reacquaint myself with the material. Still, the text + SSM have been sufficient thus far.
