Ugh. I just typed an entire post and my internet connection went out when I hit submit new thread, so this one is going to be short, sweet, and to the point.
Phillip (ds) is home. It was a strange and amazing day. The judge who typically presides over all the juvenile cases was on vacation. None of the juvenile probation officers showed up to court. So the judge that presided over the case was the retired juvenile justice who left the post a couple of years ago. He is known as not so nice, very strict, unlike the other judge. The kids were scared and nervous. Heck the parents were nervous too. My ds did sweat a while because all of the kids in front of him were sent back to dentention. Ds was respectful and answered all of the questions honestly. The judge looked at dh and asked if it was okay if he came home. DH said yes and ds was released on home dentention. His hearing is scheduled for February 21st. I am still wading through all of the paperwork, reading the sanctions put in place while he is here. Everyone is thrilled to see him and he is thrilled to see us.
The doctors appointment went well too. I did lose 4 pounds but I am measuring 38 at 36 weeks. I am all baby.
So it was a great day overall. Thanks for your prayers and please continue to pray for Phillip and our family.
