I have some wonderfully lovely push up bras that are awesome for being out and about. Changed my life they have. Love those things.

But, you all being mothers, probably understand this... they are not so great for around the house when I have to LEAN over a lot to pick things or people up, help people, pet the dog, hold the dust pan... all things that require leaning over. I fall out of the things because they are not properly enclosed at the top!

So, tell me which bra you think is the best for around the house. It can't be a sports bra. I really hate having uniboob. And it can't be the "let them be... let them hang free... let them be who they want to be... hippy bra" ;) because... well, it's just not an option!

So it has to separate and has to support but it cannot be a push up bra that lets your cups run over every time you tie your shoes!

Thanks ladies... Where else could I ask this kind of question? :D

because I've always hated that constricted feeling. When the occasion demands it, I wear a brand called "Barely There." I generally wear shirts that keep my bosoms (hee hee--love that word) hidden--like heavy t-shirts, etc. I am casual gal, and at home my uniform is sweats and either a long or short sleeved t-shirt.

I tend to not wear them around the house also. I have 2 daughters so it's really not a problem. If I feel the need to wear one around the house, I wear a cheap sports bra. Cheap, becuase they don't constrict much :D Their motion rating is low so they are comfortable and I can still breath and move about.

Not all sports bras create uniboob. Some actually lift, cover, support, and separate. Honest. You just have to search. And, you know, pay more. I found some at Target, but I'm not sure you have that up there.

I don't wear a push up bra, never found one that actually worked, but I LOVE the bras that Oprah recommends, Le Mystere also Essential Bodywear are great(but they are harder to find on e-bay and cost a lot more from a rep) Anyway, they put your books where they are supposed to be, so for me, it's doing what no push up bra could do. I'll never go back to wearing a "normal bra" again.
