I ordered on Monday but they still have not mailed out. Are they generally always this slow? I want my stuff.

I had a terrible experience with them several years ago, and when I posted about it here, found that other people had lots of trouble with them also.
In my situation, they charged my Visa, but then never sent the package. I did get them to refund eventually. :eek:

Oh no! That does not sound good at all. They haven't charged my card yet and when I called to make sure they got my order and when it would ship. They told me it would ship next week. *sigh* I had no idea they took so long or I would of ordered somewhere else.

I've ordered from them for many years. Perhaps this is getting to be a busy season for them for some reason? I have been very pleased with their shipping time, prices, and product selection.

Maybe it is just a busy time for them. I don't know. I just thought they might mail out sooner than a week after I ordered. KWIM. I really like their products and prices.

It was several years ago that I had service problems.
They've probably improved! :)
