Looking for SOTW notebook pages....

Some clever mom a while back came up with notebook pages for SOTW Ancients and graciously shared them with us. Does anyone remember who it was and where they are? Are there also notebook pages for any of the other volumes of SOTW?

How are these different from the SOTW student pages? Are these just in addition to?

In addition to.

They include pages for a short book report and the "narration" page has lines with dashes for a young person to write on easily. There's a spot for a drawing, too. I use them with the seven year old, the ten year old uses regular paper for his notebook/binder.

Tracey has some lovely notebooking pages for the 1st 8 chapters of SOTW1 in the file section of this Yahoo Group. (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Hannah_hs_helps). There are also workbook pages for Chpt 5-42 of SOTW2 and some for SOTW3.
