We're planning to use WP for history and I like the idea of using their science as well. I don't know anyone who's used it and see no posts over on their forum.

Has anyone here used their Forensic/Human body science?

I see Sonlight 5 covers the body. Have you used this and liked it?

What about BJU?

I need it scheduled, good experiments and age appropriate for 4th-6th grades.

What are your experiences and favorites?

I would take a look at BJU. As you probably know, BJU has great activities, experiments, and notebooking pages. Each book in grades 2-5 (not sure about 6!) includes sections on the human body that I have expanded on and counted as Health. BJU has daily lessons, and the Teacher's Manual is great! You'd just need on student text, one TM, and a notebook packet ($10) for each child.

With the kit from Home Science Tool, BJU is really easy to teach.

Thanks for your input, Tami. I'll check out BJU 5 and 6 and see what the girls and I think.

I looked up some the the books that WP uses and they look a little advanced. The 2 that look good are Encyc. of the Human Body and Crime Scene Invest.
Body by Design and Forensic Casebook sound like high school level to me. I'd love to hear from others too.
