Specifically, I'd like to know if Math 5 Reviews will have material from Math 4.

Yes and no....

Math 5 itself will review Math 4. The Reviews book will not start until Chapter 2 or 3, but will begin by reviewing Chapter 1 (which was a review of Math 4). There will also be periodic "cumulative reviews".

Also, with each new chapter/topic, the first few lessons will be review from the year(s) before.
