NOT! We set up the tent in our backyard for some fun family time. We decided to try the 2 yo. Well, after her crawling all over everyone and just wanting to sleep with dh and I on our small air mattress, she and I came in at 11! Poor thing! Poor all of us!!! She just can't seem to sleep if someone else is in her room. Kinda scary, I was hoping to put her up in older dd room this summer. Have sympathy for the poor, tired mama!!!:tongue_smilie:

Well, at least you were in your own backyard and not 100 miles from home! I wouldn't give up on moving her into sis's room though, just keep swimming, just keep swimming!

We just got back from camping with our kiddos, including our two year old. She was so exhausted from all the swimming, hiking, playing, eating smores, etc... that she conked out quite easily at night in our tent. I think that if we had been at home, and she wasn't so tired, it would have been a different story. So, don't give up on camping!

Yes, I know! When we were talking about if we even attempt it with her, I told dh at least the house is just a little hike away and not a trek! I also at least had the option of bringing her in and getting a good nights sleep! When we went to OH this last Feb, it wasn't an option! She HAD to sleep with me every night and she'd wake up playing with my face, crawl all over me, just wake me up in general!
On moving to dd room, I will probably start with naptime so she's alone then and hopefully nighttime won't be so hard! We can pray right?!!!:D

Thanks for the encouragement! I'm sure we won't give up. Just not sure if I wanna try it tonight! We've got a ton of company coming tomorrow and I don't want to be exhausted! Not like today!!!

Hang in there.:grouphug: I second being thankful you were able to come in. Thank goodness you weren't hundreds of miles from home.
