ages 2, 5, 6, 8, 8 and 11. My 11yo really, really wants to learn Spanish. The others will probably just tag along. I want something fun. I'm looking at Puertas Abiertas and La Clase Divertida at the moment. Any others I should consider? TIA!

Do you have access to United Streaming? I forget what the new name is now, but they have Elementary Spanish and if you use the lesson pages it really is a pretty good introduction that is fun. My other suggestion is to find others nearby that want to learn Spanish and you form a sort of Spanish club. Get together and help each other learn and practice. If you can find a Spanish speaking family to lead this, the better the club will work. I am using So You Really Want to Learn Spanish by Galore Park but unless you have access to a native speaker it may be too much still. I don't know how much Spanish your son has had. I have not used nor seen the programs you mentioned.
Fun Spanish (http://classicalreadingandwriting.com/) may also be something you could do with your younger set. My 6 yr old is enjoying it! You can also read these posts from my blog (http://classicaledourway.blogspot.com/search/label/spanish) about Spanish. Good Luck!

There's another thread about Rosetta Stone... we had Muzzy for a while.. it was OK but not worth full price! Check out Spanish Luna (google it) to get a real person at a reasonable price.
