Or when she puts her older sisters panties on over her diaper and says "Mine pincess pats". (My Princess panties).
We start today once I get the potty seat pulled out of storage.

How about when your almost 2 yo ds regularly removes his diaper to do #2 on the carpet? Then insists that the solid pieces are clay to use with the cookie cutters in the playdough box? :glare:
I was seriously hoping to put this off til at least August....don't really have a choice in this matter anymore.

When you can't stand it anymore.....
Actually, I only potty train when we are on school breaks. I learned this one early on. My mom thought it was crazy to potty train over Christmas break, but I can't school and "potty school" at the same time. It has worked for us 3 out of 3, because the first one didn't have any competition.
Also, I give rewards to the ones that help get the training one there on time. It works great. Doesn't have to be candy or marshmallows, but when you don't ever buy this stuff, it is a HUGE motivator!
I prayed for you and the training gang.

O.K., I know I would not be laughing if my son did this. But my goodness, that is one to save for the memory books!

When your almost-three-year-old, after no training, no hasseling, no begging, no charts, no rewards, no coersion whatsoever, takes off his diaper and begins using the potty on his own. :D

When you round the corner of the bathroom door and find your 17-month-old, diaper already off, struggling to get herself up onto the full-sized toilet and asking for no help at all.
(Yes, I said 17-month-old. Let that be a clue for you about her personality in general :scared: :banghead: :willy_nilly:)
