For those on a tight budget or looking for educational "fillers"

we've been using the Flashkids grammar since January, my middle recently started the writing skills book, then yesterday he picked up the test prep. They also have a "complete _ skills book" that is $19.99 at B&N, then use your educators discount, this is really a bargain as it contains 6 books from the series: writing skills, grammar, math, reading, test prep, and spelling (each of these retail for $6.95).

For elementary the complete book along with a library card can easily produce a solid foundation.

Both my boys ages 8 & 6 really enjoy the color, uncluttered pages, variety, and clear explanations. Thought I'd share, the Complete series is new to me.

I'll check it out for my nephew (tutoring), he could probably use this to reinforce skills over the summer. Thanks!
