Fun garage sale find!

I found a real working electric cash register for $15! We just printed a bunch of "teaching money" (http://www.moneyinstructor.com/play.asp) out and they are having a blast! :D I love garage sales! Couldn't get a toy cash register for that price at the store!

That sounds like a blast! We used to visit my dad's office and play with the adding machine--there's just something about those keys that is so wonderful!

Just another idea, if your kids like to take apart stuff, you can find an old radiator for them at junk yards--spray it good and give them a screwdriver and voila! A whole month of fun.
